INTRODUCTION TO THE “DHARMA CHAKRA PROGRAM” & MEDITATION ON THE NATURE OF THE MIND

Starting in September, a new five-year study programme – the Dharma Chakra Programme – on the main topics of Buddhist philosophy will begin, based on the study curriculum of the great monastic academies.
The teachings will be given by His Holiness the 42nd Sakya Trizin Ratna Vajra Rinpoche. The teachings and study materials will be available online in English. In the coming years, we will follow this very important course of study by offering translations of the teachings into Italian, French, German and Dutch.
Tonight we will present this programme and then conduct a meditation on the nature of mind.
