Sakya Changchub Chöling “Dharma Center of Enlightenment” is a center within the Tibetan Buddhist Sakya tradition. The center was founded by Khenchen Sherab Gyaltsen Amipa Rinpoche in 1979, and is one of the oldest in Sweden.
The center is located in central Stockholm, close to nature and beautiful parks.
In his teachings, Buddha described many methods for development and liberation. Tibetan Buddhism contains a variety of such methods. The goal is to develop love, compassion and wisdom to be able to help all sentient beings.
Our teacher Khenpo Tashi Sangpo Amipa comes regularly to Sakya Changchub Chöling to give teachings.
In between Khenpo’s visits, we meet regularly in our temple for study and meditation.
