The crucial points of Tibetan Buddhism are encapsulated in the practice of Mahamudra in five aspects. This way of dividing the teachings highlights very well the main aspects to be cultivated in the Vajrayana path and if we rely on them nothing will be lacking in our practice. Here, the five aspects of Mahamudra are: The foundation, especially Bodhicitta. Yidam, the special practice of Deity. Guru yoga, the powerful support for receiving blessings quickly. The actual Mahamudra, recognizing the nature of one’s mind. The dedication, the perfection of the conclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this seminar we will study and practice together these five aspects that are at the heart of the path to perfect awakening handed down to us by our precious Masters.<\/p>\n\n\n
